Foothill Vet Clinic closed operations on February 14 after our full-time veterinarian made the difficult decision to not renew their permit. Despite our efforts to secure a replacement in time, we were unable to continue services without interruption.
We understand how important consistent veterinary care is for your pets and appreciate the trust you placed in us. It has been our privilege to serve this community.
We are currently exploring options to potentially reopen the clinic under new veterinary leadership in the future. Should that become possible, we will share updates here.
We are deeply grateful to our clients, patients, and community for your support over the years. We also extend our sincere appreciation to Dr. Brian Fam and our dedicated support staff for their professionalism and compassionate care.

If you need a copy of your pet’s medical records, please complete the request form below.
Please note:
- We are unable to refill or sell medications at this time.
- Forms are reviewed on Tuesdays and Fridays.
- Records will be sent via email.
- Please do not call the clinic, as we do not have staff available to answer phone calls.
If your pet requires immediate medical attention, please contact a local emergency veterinary hospital.
